'Namespace error even before making request to the soap api

Hi so getting this error while trying to make a soap call, getting this error at marshalling itself, the request we built was correct as i had tested that in soap ui but getting this error locally.

This is the error namespace_err: an attempt is made to create or change an object in a way which is incorrect with regard to namespaces.
