appstoreconnect is only accessible through personal hotspot

Question

Recently I cannot connect to appstoreconnect when I'm using my wifi.

The only way to get in is by using the internet from my mobile hotspot.

I guess this is done for security reasons but as you can imagine having to switch networks every time I want to log in can become quite annoying.

The message I get is the following:

if I go to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login

I get

Failed to verify your identity. Try again.

If I run expo build:ios

✖ Logging in... Authentication with Apple Developer Portal failed!

Is there a way to update the authentication process so that I can log in without having to use a hotspot?
