'why owl carousel is effecting mobile view of my browser

When I view the webpage without adding our services section and our news section carousel in a mobile view from my desktop browser by adding display: none; to services_panel and news_section then the whole page looks good as expected.
But when I remove the display: none; from both sections then I have an infinite vertical scroll in my browser. I don't know why? please help me.
The same issue comes if I use container-fluid instead of the container inside individual section "get infinite vertical scroll"
