'why is loading time slow for react mobile website

i have a react app. it's load time on a computer is four seconds and twenty seconds on mobile . I tried reducing the bundle size from about 9mb to about 3mb but it didn't seem to make any difference in the load time. What can i do to speed up the load time for mobile browsers
