Unable to start the daemon process - reactNative

Question

when i run gradlew assembleRelease in react-native, i got this following error

Unable to start the daemon process.
This problem might be caused by incorrect configuration of the daemon.
For example, an unrecognized jvm option is used.

The other stackoverflow answer i checked is about java version less than 9. But when i run java -version, i got

java version "17.0.2" 2022-01-18 LTS
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 17.0.2+8-LTS-86)

i am using windows 10 btw, and how do you guys fix this issue?
