'Sitecore Content Hub Connector

We have Sitecore 10.2 in docker I need to setup the content hub connector

Since this is in docker and 10.2, I'm guessing this is where I should be looking

Is this the right approach?

Does anyone have some documentation/videos that can help as I am fairly new to the world of docker?
