R shiny: Cannot implement website with authentication like shinyapp.io using Polished

Question

I'm working on an app that could potentially be used to coordinate information at many statistics bureaus in many countries around the world. Today has installed Polished and studied very good case apps. See: Polished tech examples

It went well. However, I am missing some input on how to use Polished to create a website with a layout like shinyapps.io. link: shinyapp.io. The website has login in the menu bar on the right, a front page and a few menu items. Hope you can help with an example. Thanks in advance. Mogens
