POST CRUD operation in jersey java giving Status 200 OK but not letting me insert data

Question

When I send the POST request to the database it says Status: 200 OK but I am not able to insert data into the database, a writing with name null appears. Here is a picture:

Do I need to make changes in the return or is the problem in something else like dependencies?

Here is StudentResource:
