Phylogenetic Tree in Python

Question

I am new to this stack overflow community. I am a biologist and work on genetics. So far I have been using MEGA software to create Phylogeny tree but MEGA can not handle millions of sequence or NGS data or high throughput.

I am novice in coding so don't know much about Phylogeny analysis through Python. I have started learnig python and gained some basic knowledge of it so far.

I tried to find literature but could not find any fruitful tutorial for drawing a nice phylogeny tree in Python.

I would like to connect people who is from biology/ bioinformatics and coding back ground. Please help me out in finding tutorial/literature regarding the above problem.

Any help in writing code for phylogeny in Python is appreciated. Other suggestions are also welcomed.
