'Not working vibration on background for mobile browser app-chrome, firefox, edge

navigator.vibrate([1000, 500, 1000, 500, 1500]);
}, 10000);
I have used the above program to vibrate after 10 second. When the code executed tab is open, the vibration is happening. But if I change the tab or minimize the app, the vibration will not happen. Is there any way so that the vibration happen background also?
