'Kernel restarting problem with VRP-TW OrTools, Trying to get routing which respects time windows and time matrix constraints
My inputs are like this, I tried to make starting and ending points to control the routing from a --> b (a!=b). Here, Starting ('depot') are not the ends points 'ends' (special scenario of my case: routing from 'a' to point 'a')
runcell(0, 'C:/Users/h.lakhdar/Documents/Fichiers python MAIN 06.05.2022/VRPTW/untitled9.py')

I try to get a VRP with time windows constraints, at this level, if I execute the code, I visualise the error bellow. When I execute the code I get this :
runcell(0, 'C:/Users/h.lakhdar/Documents/Fichiers python MAIN 06.05.2022/VRPTW/untitled9.py')
Restarting kernel...
Can anyone please tell me where and what it is the problem? Is it with 'location_idx' and 'producing feasible times'? I am trying to get a routing which respects my time windows and time matrix values.
