'How to publish a shared folder in Active Directory

I want to use PowerShell to publish to an OU the shared folder of the same name on the file server.

For example, assuming that the sales department has an OU in AD called Sales and a shared folder on the file server called Sales, then this OU must contain the shared folder object of the Sales folder.
