How to change the order of registry in Windows 10

Question

In the picture which I uploaded, there is the sequence:

1. Open with Visual Studio
2. Git GUI Here
3. Git Bash Here
4. Open with Code

But what can I do if I want to change the order for example:
(4 goes to top)

1. Open with Visual Studio
2. Open with Code
3. Git GUI Here
4. Git Bash Here
