Blender animation don't work when exported to *.GLB

Need some help to understand what i'm doing wrong if you can help me.

I exported an animation in blender and debug it with https://sandbox.babylonjs.com/

Can't understand why the animation doesn't work. I use blender to animation and exported.enter image description here
