'Audio device disabled in Windows 11. AudioSvr and AudioEndpointBuilder restarted and run. How fix it?

Lenovo OS Laptop Windows 11. Updated Windows 11 audio. I applied Local Account in the AudioSrv app in Servicesmsc. From that moment on audio gave error: AUDIO DEVICE DISABLED. Launching an Audio app: Error0xC00D36FA I restarted the 'AudioSrv' app and the 'AudioEndpointBuilder' app, they run but the audio does not work. How to Fix Audio Problem in Windows 11?
