Windows Display Scaling Is Ruining my Layout | Flutter

Question

At the moment I'm trying to convert my flutter web application to a Windows Desktop Application. Its a hub full of links for my company and should be displayed at larger touch screens. The problem there is the windows display scaling which is around 300%.

I can't change the display scaling because the screen is used for multiple accounts which need that kind of scaling. The point is, that my application should not adjusted by the windows display scaling and keep the same size as I have on my devices at a normal scaling of 100%. Otherwise everything is too big and doesn't fit at all.

Is there another solution than changing all size relevant numbers for my kind of problem?
