'WhatsApp Automation from a specific folder

I want to create a shortcut for sending image files to a specific WhatsApp number from a specific folder. How should I do this ?

Steps will be:

  1. I will just copy image files in a folder.
  2. The images files will automatically sent to a specific WhatsApp number.

By this I can't decrease my time to search for number then drag and drop or add images from menu. ( I use a object dock, and I just drag and drop files to shortcut link of a folder).

Any solution is accepted.
