'Visual Studio Code (vscode) Debug setting issue

vscode guru needed here.. I'm not sure WTF I've done, but the button I've circled in red below used to run and execute any script I'm currently working on..

For some reason now.. It just launches a debug program and I get the following screen (see red for changes).. It just opens a new JavaScript debug session and doesn't do anything..

How can I revert this back to just running and executing normally?
