'Using windows command line to run "wsdl2java" and try to generate the java class and got xmlbeans binding exception

Here is the screenshot that when I try to use wsdl2java command to java code but it failed.. try to search StackOverflow but they using maven, and they solve by adding the depenedency for the maven side.. but my version is using command line.. how I solve this? enter image description here
