'Upgrade Angularjs to Angular with .NET MVC

I have a project in .NET MVC where frontend is deployed in AngularJS. I want to upgrade AngularJS to Angular 13. What would be the optimized way to upgrade the same, also if there any tool which we can use to directly upgrade the views and scripts present on Frontend Side?
