'Updating some files across all repositories

I have requirement from client

I need to updated two files across all repositories. each repository had 3 branches Dev,staging,master, i want to update the 2 files in this 3 branches. it will be great if someone give hint or script to do this. ? many thanks for reading this.waiting for some inputs. thanks...
