'Update npm library previously published by Github Action
I used the following code
name: Node.js Package
on:
workflow_dispatch
jobs:
build:
runs-on: ubuntu-latest
steps:
- uses: actions/checkout@v2
- uses: actions/setup-node@v2
with:
node-version: '16.x'
- run: npm ci
- run: npm test
publish-gpr:
needs: build
runs-on: ubuntu-latest
permissions:
packages: write
contents: read
steps:
- uses: actions/checkout@v2
- uses: actions/setup-node@v2
with:
node-version: 12
registry-url: https://npm.pkg.github.com/
- run: npm ci
- run: npm publish
env:
NODE_AUTH_TOKEN: ${{ secrets.NPM_TOKEN }}
as .yml file to publish my custom python package in npm. All the project is in a github repository, so the mentioned code triggered a Github Action.
Now I want to just update the package based on the few changes I've done in the py code.
Do you know how to adapt the .yml I showed to just update the package version in npm?
Thanks! Gian
