'Understand '?' and '@' bytes in file
After getting data from old software, I can save it to a file with a specific format. I wanted to extract the data from this file. Unfortunately, this format is unreadable. It seems to have specific characters (? or @). I don't really understand how it is encoded but I have the data in the software to check the answer.
Here is a small sample of the bytes that the file contains:
