'tooManyRetries from C# SDK. Is Sharepoint overloaded across tenants?
We have a multitenant application where several tenants currently are reporting that downloading a .docx file as pdf from Sharepoint using Graph API is failing with tooManyRetries. This also happens when 'previewing' a Sharepoint file using the /thumbnails call Is the an overload issue with Sharepoint currently?
