'This application requires one of the following versions of the .NET Framework

When trying to launch an application, it gives an error that a version of .NET Framework needs installed. .NET Framework is installed and when you try to install it, it gives an error that is already installed.

I tried the .NET Framework repair tool but it didn’t help. Is there away to completely uninstall/reinstall .NET Framework? Any ideas on what I can do?

Below are the apps so far that will not launch.

  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory Connect
  • Microsoft Azure AD Connect Agent Updater
  • Microsoft Azure AD Connect Health Sync Agent
  • Microsoft Azure AD Sync
  • Microsoft Intune Connector
  • Server Manager

The operating system is Windows Server 2019.

Microsoft Support provided to below powershell script to fix our issue. The issue was related to a TLS problem.
