'SSL Issues Across Multiple Desktop Apps

I'm seeing SSL errors across multiple apps on my desktop (connecting to a repo using bash, using PIP, connecting to Tableau Server). I'm not sure what the issue is. I can connect to Tableau Server in my browser if that means anything.

How do I even begin troubleshooting this?

My IT dept at work has been no help. Here are some sample screenshots of the errors I receive. I'm new to the job and it's been hard to get anything done. I appreciate any sort of help.
