Spring boot actuator start up error - PatternSyntaxException

Question

I am using spring-boot-starter-parent 2.5.5 version. I upgraded my existing working ap from spring boot 2.3.9 version. I included actuator in pom file. When I start spring boot app, its failing with below error at start up.

Below is my dependency version list. I am using almost all starters in pom like web , webflux. spring-boot-starter-parent : 2.5.5 spring-cloud.version : 2020.0.3 spring-cloud-services.version: 3.2.1.RELEASE

Any pointers will be helpful.
