'SMTP Authentication issues
Since the beginning of December 2021, we started having issues sending emails due to authentication errors. The issues specifically relate to our Xerox printers and scan to email. If we try to send an email from a printer, the first few attempts fail but then after a while, the email will go through. We have tried different email address with the same domain name and get the same result with each email. Does anyone have any recommendations of where we can look to address this? We use Microsoft 365 for email purposes.
