'Single Sign On or Central Authentication Service for PHPMaker

I have used PHPMaker before and I want to implement two applications that use one login. Any suggestion to choose the right Single Sign On (SSO) or Central Authentication Service (CAS) in PHP compatible with PHPMaker.

I have tried jasny/sso which should have server and client but I could not make it. Any suggestions?
