'setup has detected that the file "\ReportViewer.exe" has changed since it was initially published

I've tried to read around 7 answers here in stackoverflow regarding the problem but it still don't answer my question. Things that I've tried include going to directory folder as in the picture and delete all the files and re-installing it. But the same problem keeps popping up. Maybe this would require a more specific knowledge regarding this and I hope anyone can help me on this. Thank you.
