'Ring phone when it get notification (react-native)

So I will start my question with introducing myself. I am a new developer and I am creating a food ordering app with a admin app. And I want my admin app to start ringing (till a cta is pressed) when it get a notification from my firebase server. As to notify the restaurant that customer has made an order.
