'Remote desktop rdp printing delay from the redirection printer

I have an issue with the remote desktop printing, when printing a text file document .txt it takes 5 seconds to print through invoice printer devices. But if I print inside a POS software that is configured inside the RDP, when click to print the invoice it takes around 15 to 20 seconds to print one invoice repx design document

please, anyone can help me with this issue?
