'redirect TAPI calls to use :TEL protocol in windows
we use a CRM system which can only initiate calls via the rather obsolete TAPI protocol, and a VOIP system which integrates with webex. i can initiate voip calls from via tel: protocol eg double clicking xxx-xxx-xxxx will dial the number, but am unable to do so from within the CRM software where it would be most useful...
is there a way to make windows handle TAPI calls as Tel: links?
