'RabbitMQ with SSL connection using PHP

I'm trying to set up RabbitMQ with 'Amazon AWS MQ' setup. The connectivity is not successful due to SSL certification error. (AWS only supports SSL)

I've created local certificates and downloaded AWS server certificate but, still unable to retrieve data.

Framework: Laravel/Lumen 8

Can anyone help me with this?
