'Query on MySQL to change spesific time format
I stored some data in fields with format time H:i:s (Ex: 12:30:00) But i only want to get a spesific format like 12,3 or if its 09:45, then i want it to be 9,45. How to get that spesific format? I know it's an unusual format for time..

For those interested, I eventually found an api in Simon's works. I don't know how he found it, but the api works for me.
