'Quarkus - License DB2

I am configuring the DB2 (z/OS) on Quarkus application, however, the connection between the application and db2 database is failed.

During my search, I did not see the documentation about this license.

So, my DBA passed to me the license file, but how can load or install it on Quarkus application?
