'python web3 decode inputdata from bainary to ascii
i used web3 to get a getTransaction and got the input data :

this in bainary and i cant find a way to decode it
how do i convert it to a string (utf 8)
this just a Transaction of an account not contract so i dont have abi for it or not sure how to get one
