'Print changes from logfile

So I have this text file on my network that several people have write access to. What I would like to do is somehow monitor the changes to the file (changes being only new lines appended to the end, no changes in previous data) and print them out with bash. I have been struggling to put this request into a google search, so I have not yet found anything to try.
