'Possible memory leak with Unity Editor version 2021.11f1

So my current Unity project is using Unity editor version 2021.2.11f1, though I am noticing the problem to a lesser degree in another project that is using 2019.3.4f1.

The only solid thing I have done recently that I can think of is update to the 2019 inputsystem from the old input option.

This is what I am seeing unity use and it goes up over time rather quickly, and I find myself constantly waiting for it to catch up while I try to do work.

Is there anything I can do to fix this? It just seems to get worse and worse.
