'Outlook web mail is not loading images getting broken Images where as images are loading properly in Outlook App

I'm having an issue in loading images in Outlook webmail, during inspect getting this which I added below, it's working fine in Outlook App. Can anyone have a solution for this? Thanks in advance :).

if we hardcode in inspected mode, then the image is loading in Outlook webmail:
