'on windows start up , terminal starts automatically , say unable to open config.json

whenever I start my windows laptop, after laptop is opened terminal is automatically opened and inside terminal its written -

[2022-04-18 09:23:00.450] unable to open "C:\Users\98298\AppData\Roaming\Dll\config.json".
[2022-04-18 09:23:00.451] unable to open "C:\Users\98298\.xmrig.json".
[2022-04-18 09:23:00.452] unable to open "C:\Users\98298\.config\xmrig.json".

I'm not sure what is causing problem??
