Old Access 2002 DB - shortens table names in "List view"

Question

I have an old Access DB with some code that I need. Everything works fine with a installation of Access 2002 on my Windows 11 PC, except this odd problem.

Some tables are shorten with 3 dots like this:

Tablename with 3 dots at the end

In details mode, everything is fine:

Tablename without 3 dots in "detail view"

Anybody had this problem before? I have tested, and it is the same on Windows 10 - but on Windows 7, it works fine.
