'Not authorized to access my own google developer project?
I am currently trying to run google assistant through a python program. Right now I am following the instructions given on this website:

I have gotten to the "Generate Credentials" portion of these instructions. I click on the link that leads me to grab the credentials by loging in. I log in with the email I used to create the project and is labeled as owner of the project, but I get an error saying I don't have permission to the project. I dont understand why this is happening. Could someone please help.
Otherwise, if you know of an easier way to run google commands to control smart devices via python, my ears are all open. Thank you!
