'Need some help from IBM Cloud Support - unable to access the account

If someone from IBM Cloud support can reply to this, I would really appreciate. Our team has moved to Kyndryl, but we still have servers hosted on IBM Cloud.

For some unknown reason, our account is suspended, even the payment being done correctly (we have double checked and the Purchase order is ok).

Now, we cannot access our servers and we are also not able to raise tickets or contact support using the IBM Cloud interface.

This can be considered a Sev1 issue.
