'Kubernetes Apache Headers

How we can edit Apache config file in a Kubernetes environment? Usually I do edit some security in the .conf for all the headers.

Exemple: Content-Security-Policy X-Frame-Options X-Content-Type-Options Referrer-Policy Permissions-Policy
