'Keep Quick Action but remove from Messages
Is it possible to keep a Quick Action for a rule but remove it from the Error List?

- Undesirable:
If I set a rule's level to >=Hidden it appears in the Error List and if I set the level to None, it disappears from the Error List but I also loose the Quick Action option.
