JDBCConnectionException "Unable to acquire JDBC Connection" with spring boot after using tick solution

Question

I had used JDBCConnectionException "Unable to acquire JDBC Connection" with spring boot this solution as well and increase pool size to 20 but still getting error

Check your username & password in your resources/application.properties file. They must be the same as your username & password in MySQL database.
