'Issue while importing the shap library

This is the error I am facing while importing the shap library on my Jupyter notebook. I have tried to install it numerous times and I have not faced any issue even once, but while importing it shows a ModuleNotFoundError for shap.explainers. Any suggestion?

python-3.x import jupyter-notebook jupyter-lab shap
