Is there a way to track who likes a certain TikTok or LinkedIn video and cross-reference it with a list of users?

So I have a list of users who I need to check have liked said LinkedIn or TikTok video, its a list of around 20-40 for TikTok and 40+ for LinkedIn, checking the likes manually and cross-referencing them multiples times a week is a very long process and was wondering what coding projects I could start to essentially automate the cross-referencing, only issue is I'm not very experienced at the moment and really only have a tiny bit of experience with HTML and CSS, I don't mind learning new languages at all but I've been struggling to find any tutorials, if there's not a coding tutorial for this at the moment id appreciate being pointed in the right direction of which videos I can watch and combine to create this, doesn't just have to be videos either. I have access to both TikTok and LinkedIn accounts.
