'Is there a way to "force" select effects or all of compatibility mode?
When run in compatibility mode for Windows Vista-8 on Windows 10 or 11, the title bar is slimmer, and better looking IMO. Is there a way to force this (either compatibility mode or preferably the effect of a smaller title bar) within the program?
